Shipping policy

SHIPPING

• We ship across the U.S. and to a select list of international regions.

• Orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days; you’ll get a tracking link by email.

• Estimated transit times:

• united states: 2–5 business days

• international: 7–14 business days (customs may add time)

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout; all parcels are insured.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on wellness suppositories.
if your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, email bioeonusa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and attach photos. Approved cases are refunded in full (excluding shipping) to the original payment method; allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear.

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or edit your order before it ships. contact us at bioeonusa@gmail.com with your order number.

 

LATE OR LOST PACKAGES

Once tracking shows delivered, responsibility passes to the recipient. if your package is missing, first contact the carrier with your tracking ID; if unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll help file a claim.
